What the checker tests

Proxy credentials are sent over HTTPS to our checker for the test, then discarded. They are not saved to your account or included in result exports.

Free limits: 30 checks per minute and 300 per day per network, subject to shared service capacity. Tests use your proxy traffic. Results reflect connections from our servers, not your device.

What does “Working” mean?

The proxy completed an HTTPS request and returned a valid public exit IP. A target website can still reject requests or require a login; its HTTP status is shown separately. This check does not guarantee that a proxy will work for every site.

Can I check private or local proxies?

This web checker accepts public internet endpoints. Localhost, private networks and reserved addresses are blocked because the checks run on our servers. Use a local tool for proxies reachable only from your own device.

Is the checker free?

Yes. No signup or payment is required. Limits keep the shared service available. Your proxy provider may count the small amount of traffic used by each test.
