Operator and current service
These terms cover Crawlhub, operated by [Legal operator name to be added], [Business address to be added], [Country to be added]. Contact hello@crawlhub.ai with questions.
Crawlhub currently provides account management, setup drafts, documentation, support and a public proxy checker. Public proxy supply, API execution and payments are not available. A separate admin-only request-generator pilot can use an operator-supplied provider account. Creating an account does not activate a product, reserve inventory or include a future usage allowance.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and use an email address you control. You must be legally able to use the service and, when acting for an organization, be authorized to act for it. Keep your login details secure and tell us if you believe the account has been compromised.
Your account name is a label; it does not create a team, organization or additional user permissions.
Permitted use
Use the service only for lawful, authorized work and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for your target websites, data, proxies and credentials, including any permissions needed to use them.
Public availability does not remove privacy, copyright, contractual or other legal obligations. The documentation describes technical operation; it is not permission to access a third-party service.
Proxy checker and examples
Submit only proxies you are authorized to test. A check uses that proxy’s traffic and may incur charges under your agreement with its provider. Crawlhub does not sell or supply that proxy through the checker.
Results reflect a test from our servers at a particular time. A working connection does not guarantee future availability, target access, anonymity, location accuracy or suitability for your application. Code examples require your own valid connection details.
Availability and changes
Features and limits may change as the service develops. We may restrict requests or access to protect the service, investigate misuse or comply with law. Where practical, we will explain an account restriction and provide a way to contact us.
No uptime or support-response guarantee is offered for the current service. Keep your own copies of setup drafts you need. If paid products become available, their prices and additional terms will be presented before purchase; these terms do not authorize a charge.
Your information and our materials
You retain rights you have in the information you submit. You permit us and our service providers to process that information as needed to provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Notice.
You may use the documentation and code examples to configure your own applications. Do not represent Crawlhub branding, documentation or examples as an endorsement of your service.
Ending use and resolving problems
You can stop using Crawlhub and delete your account in Settings. Deletion and retained correspondence are explained in the Privacy Notice. Email hello@crawlhub.ai if you need help or want to challenge an account restriction.
We will consider reported problems in good faith. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as features or operating conditions change. Material changes will be explained through the site or an appropriate account communication. New paid products will have their applicable terms before purchase.
